Easy Ways To Access Brojilo: Check Power Bill

DISCLAIMER: Brojilo is an independent tool. It does not represent any government entity. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or connected to any government body, electricity utility, or distribution company, and it is not an official service of any of them.

Brojilo turns a visible electricity-meter pulse into a live power estimate using your phone camera. Aim at the LED marked imp/kWh or the dark mark on a rotating disc, place the guide box, and wait while multiple intervals build a confidence range.

Use one measurement session to:
• Read approximate household power in watts
• Run a fixed 10-minute standby observation
• Compare baseline and appliance-on readings, including cycling loads
• Reconcile start and end register digits with an optional pulse cross-check
• Rebuild a household bill from a dated tariff rule
• Save a local record and share a plain-text evidence summary

The bill checker shows each slab, demand charge, tax, total, rule version, effective date, and source link. Current cited tariff support covers BPDB, BREB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, and WZPDCL household tariffs in Bangladesh. Tariff rates are sourced from publicly available information published by the following government utilities:
• BPDB — https://bpdb.gov.bd
• BREB — https://reb.gov.bd
• DESCO — https://desco.gov.bd
• DPDC — https://dpdc.gov.bd
• NESCO — https://nesco.gov.bd
• WZPDCL — https://wzpdcl.gov.bd
• BERC, the tariff regulator — https://berc.org.bd
Meter measurement and register checks can be used anywhere with a compatible visible pulse or rotating-disc mark.

Brojilo analyzes live camera brightness only inside the guide box. Optional meter photos are processed on-device for digit recognition and deleted after processing. Bill checks send only the selected utility code and billing-period date to retrieve the matching tariff rule.

Results are estimates for personal checking. They do not calibrate a meter, prove a billing error, identify the cause of standby draw, or replace inspection by a utility or qualified electrician. Keep the phone outside the meter enclosure. Never remove a cover or seal, and never touch wiring.
Measure meter pulses, compare appliance use, and rebuild electricity bills.
